My name is ᗷɾιɑnnɑ and I would love to show you around my ᗷoutique!

I am a country girl from the South who in the last year was blessed to find my own little slice of Heaven in the mountains (which is what prompted this Boutique)

Twelve years ago we bought our first home In a simple, safe, little “cookie cutter” neighborhood. I loved the house and the idea.. but the whole “high school drama vibe” had me hating it there. But the schools were good, my kids were young, it was close to work…So we stayed and raised them there.

The Neighbors could (and would) see every single part of my yard- No privacy at all- regardless of my privacy fence. I couldn’t enjoy the simple things like tending to my garden, having a bon fire, or relaxing outside with sweet tea and a good book. I couldn’t enjoy it with the lack of privacy mixed with nosey neighbors .

Fast forward to the year 2022… the housing market sky rocketed! Our house value (after living there 11 years) was through the roof, paired with the fact that the idea of leaving a neighborhood like that was ᗰᑌᔕiᑕ to my ears!!

I really don’t know what happened next.    Mid-Mid life crisis? Lapse on my sanity? I don’t know …..             but somehow I found myself (and my family 😅)  in a beautiful  Travel Trailer... yep 🤷🏼‍♀️.. I really don’t know what I was thinking..

Let’s just say- that was just not my cup of tea. I had only been in an RV one time before and had no idea what I was getting into. It’s pretty safe to say I lost my mind..

At that point I was looking to buy another house but apparently I wanted to run for the hills- because I was looking anywhere and everywhere EXCEPT SC (my hom state since 2008) so at this point- it’s official- I’m insane… 🙄

After dragging my husband all over the country looking at houses in the most random locations,  I agree to look at houses in SC with him.

DAY ONE: We look at about 5-6 homes and I’m over it all at this point.. our realest agent insisted on just one more home. I’m tired, I’m hungry (and apparently lost all my marbles) but he insisted…

We pull up to the house, and I’m immediately underwhelmed. I don’t know what I’m expecting or even looking for at this point. We get out of the car and my husband says “let’s just go home”. At that point the realtor  had the front door open, so to appease him we went inside. As my husband was shutting the front door he was immediately mesmerized by the views he was seeing! I was too busy falling in love with the house to even notice he was still stuck at the front door..

As reluctant as we were to come here- we instantly fell in love with this property. It’s a hidden gem in the mountains with a creek. amazing wildlife, and the most gorgeous views.

Which leads me to Muscadine Boutique. The name because our property is filled with Muscadines.. the mission: To be able to find unique items that encourage outdoor activities and fresh air
